Erin Prutow is a California attorney whose practice focuses primarily on business law, estate planning, and equine law. Four years ago, Erin opened her own practice to provide a personal and streamlined approach to each client’s individual needs, without the delays and price tag of a big law firm. Having worked in business management on the estate side, Erin is experienced in getting new businesses off the ground as well as ensuring the smooth interplay between business succession and estate planning/trust administration.

Erin graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with decorated honors for community service, leadership, and athletics. She was captain of the NCAA Division I nationally ranked equestrian team, Student Ambassador for the NCAA Leadership Conference, and a Senior of Significance. She received her juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta before relocating to Southern California. When she's not riding horses, Erin can be found mountain biking, surfing, or hiking with friends.

 
 
 

A Pennsylvania native, Erin has been riding horses and competing in the hunters, jumpers and equitation for over 25 years. Erin has worked in numerous disciplines, serving national and international trainers, associations, businesses, show management, insurers, clinicians, veterinarians, breeders, exhibitors, and horse owners. Having trained and promoted young horses all over the country and in Ireland, Erin is well-versed in equine sales and horse training programs. Erin brings this experience to advise her clients in all manners of equine business and conflict resolution. She drafts boarding, training, sales and lease agreements, liability waivers, works with trainers to reduce their business liability and is available to assist in all manner of equine issues.
